Interpreting and translations
We will help you communicate with our school. If you’d like an interpreter for a school meeting, let us know and we will arrange one, if available.
If you don’t speak or understand English well and want to contact us, call TIS National on 131 450 and ask for an interpreter in your language. The operator will call the school and get an interpreter to help. This service is free.
For more information, listen in your language.
Visit the department’s translated documents section for important information that’s relevant for your child’s education in many languages.

Parent Teacher Interviews
Parent teacher interview sessions are held twice per year, in March and June. These sessions provide parents with a great opportunity to meet their daughter's teachers and discuss her progress.
If you would like any information regarding your daughter's progress or have any questions please contact the school and speak to Ms Salvagio (Head Teacher Female Students) or your daughter's year adviser.
Student Award Assemblies
Our merit system encourages students to have a positive attitude to their learning. We celebrate student achievement in a variety of ways including:
- Achievement Awards distributed by classroom teachers
- Recognition Awards and postcards that acknowledge attendance and progress as well as achievement in extra-curricular activities awarded by head teachers and year advisers
- Certificates of Merit awarded by the deputy principals when students submit the equivalent of five achievement awards
- Medallions and Ad Astra pins awarded by the principal on assembly once each term.
Parents are welcome to attend our student award assemblies which are held in Week 7 or 8 each term.
